  • Vie Holistic Massage & Wellness provides massage therapy and Reiki treatments from a private wellness studio based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. Using natural, organic, sustainable and ethically sourced treatment products, it is my mission to help you relax and rebalance your body, mind and spirit.

    I will help you support your wellbeing, listen to your body’s subtle signals, understand its energy, release stress and tension leaving you feeling grounded, renewed and blissfully serene.

    The studio and clinic space at Vie Holistic Massage & Wellness is a private, calm, nurturing space, you will be the only client being treated at the time of your appointment. You will have my undivided attention, expertise and care in an environment that has been lovingly created to induce relaxation so you can truly immerse yourself in the treatment and completely unwind.

The Treatments

  • A full-body massage is the ultimate treatment for relaxation. Focusing on all areas of the body including the head, face, arms, legs, feet, stomach, back, neck and shoulders and lasting 90 minutes all your stress will melt away.

  • 70 minutes to completely unwind. Focusing on all areas of the body including the head, face, arms, the front of the legs, feet, stomach, back, neck and shoulders, this massage will soothe aches and calm your mind.

  • The perfect treatment for those that have desk/driving jobs or for mothers with young children. This treatment can help alleviate lower back pain, tension in shoulders/midback and reduce headaches/migraines leading to better posture, improved sleep and increased flexibility. Incorporating a relaxing meditation and a face and head massage, this isn’t your usual back, neck and shoulder rub!

  • Reiki treats the whole person including the body, mind and spirit and has many benefits including creating feelings of peace, security and enhancing overall wellbeing. This gentle treatment is suitable for all, is completed fully-clothed and is the perfect way to rebalance your energy and calm your mind.

  • Starting with a meditation to allow you to melt into relaxation, we will then move on to soothing your physical body with a luxury back, neck and shoulder massage. We will finish with a hand and foot massage followed by 30 minutes of Reiki and empowering affirmations. This treatment is soul soothing, empowering, reflective and grounding.

I offer a range of holistic massage treatments using traditional Swedish massage techniques. All my treatment products are natural, organic, sustainable and ethically sourced and include Neal’s Yard Professional Range oils and Songbird Massage wax.

The Massage and Reiki fusion treatments

The Full Reset - £95

Enjoy a 70 minute full body massage followed by a 30 minute reiki treatment, 100 minutes to fully reset your body and mind,

Get Grounded - £80

Re-centre yourself with 60 minutes of Reiki followed by a grounding 30 min foot and leg massage, 90 minutes to plant yourself in the moment.

Restore & Renew - £75

Relieve tension and stress with a 50 minute luxury back, neck and shoulder massage followed by 30 minutes of Reiki. 80 minutes to renew your energy, improve mobility and restore harmony.

Energy Rebalance - £85

Rebalance your energy with 45 minutes of Reiki followed by an invigorating 20 min head, face and neck massage and a soothing 20 min foot and lower leg massage.
85 minutes total.
