The environment you have your treatment in is integral in your ability to relax, de-stress and reap the full benefits of massage therapy.

Incorporating a massage membership into your benefits offering is a cost effective way of enhancing your employees wellbeing, relieve workplace stress and increase employee retention.

How it works

Our corporate membership program will provide reduced-cost monthly/quarterly massage memberships for your employees. The program can be tailored to each company's individual requirements and entitles your employees to a 100% company sponsored massage at Vie Holistic Massage.

The treatments can be booked by your named employees at their own leisure directly through Vie and on mentioning the company name at the point of booking. Appointments can be made for evenings and weekends or of course lunchbreak/daytime appointments too. Employees can also choose whether to upgrade their treatment at their own expense prior to booking and will only pay the difference to the value of their membership, offering them further flexibility.

Choose from the following corporate membership options

  • 30 minute treatment monthly or quarterly

    From £30 per employee, either monthly or quarterly, entitles your employee to a 30min treatment of their choice.

  • 45 minute treatment monthly or quarterly

    From £45 per employee, either monthly or quarterly, entitles your employee to a 45min treatment of their choice.

  • 60 minute treatment monthly or quarterly

    From £60 per employee, either monthly or quarterly, entitles your employee to a 60min treatment of their choice.

Additional benefits included in membership

  • Exclusive membership discounts on additional treatments

  • Members may split a 60 minute treatment into 2 x 30 minute treatments and use within the same billing period (monthly or quarterly)

  • Members may gift a treatment to a family member, friend or colleague

  • Rollover up to two treatments or pause your membership for up to 2 treatments

Important information about corporate memberships

  • Pricing is subject to yearly changes/increases, notification will be sent 2 months in advance of any increases made.

  • Consultation forms are to be completed prior to the treatments

  • Named participating employees have to be supplied at the point of sign-up, with additional employees included where needed,

  • A full membership includes 12 monthly direct debit payments scheduled on the 1st of every month, Applicable credits will then be added to the accounts of the employees for them to redeem against a booking at their convenience.

  • A quarterly membership includes 4 yearly payments invoiced in advance with the first invoice to be paid at sign-up.

  • One months notice is required of cancellation of the membership scheme.

  • One months notice required for cancellation of an individual from the membership list, where upon the next billing/direct debit will be adjusted to reflect the individuals cancellation.
