I officially open the doors to Vie Holistic Massage and Wellness this weekend. After 6 months of hard work, I pulled back the voiles and welcomed a very special friend and client into the studio this morning for the first treatment in my new wellness space.

This was a dream come true, one that has been brewing for many years and was finally realised when, serendipitously, the perfect premises revealed itself. The first treatment felt magical, the energy in the space is so very special - my beautiful client described it as like ‘walking through the doors and being wrapped in a warm hug’ - and this is exactly what I was trying to create for my clients - a haven, a sanctuary, an intimate and safe space where you can walk through those doors, leave your to-do lists and mental load at the doorstep, kick your shoes off, be yourself and just BREATHE.

I’ll be there ready to welcome you, most likely barefoot, ready to listen to your needs and work with you to create a bespoke treatment. You will be offered a herbal tea, a mineral water or a coffee, you can choose what type of music you would like played and the oil scent you would like to have incorporated into your treatment (I’m a firm believer that we are attracted to the smell that would hold the most beneficial properties for us - only you can pick this). I want to create a space that you will want to return to, one where you feel nourished in mind, body and spirit, a place for you to connect and return to you.

I really hope you enjoy being in the studio as much as I have enjoyed creating it!
